5’6”

High Weight: 220 lbs.
Low Weight: 196 lbs.
Current Weight: 219 lbs.

Goal 1 Weight: 190 lbs.
Goal 2 Weight: 170 lbs. 
Goal 3 Weight: 150 lbs.

Ultimate Goal Weight: 140 lbs. 

rewards: getting my first tattoo when i turn 20.

day 02: How tall are you? Do you like your height? (april 2, 2012)
5’6” yeah, I like my height. maybe like an inch taller would be perf.

day 03: A picture of your thinsperation. What features do you like about this person? (april 3, 2012)
my thinspo is women of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s they had great fashion styles and always looked like perfection.

day 04: Your greatest fears about weight loss. (april 4, 2012)
gaining it back, not being able to lose it, losing my boobs.

day 05: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you? (april 5, 2012)
i hate the way i look and i’m tired of people calling me a fatass all the time. so yeah.

day 06: Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.
yeah. i like food.

day 07: Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?
don’t know, don’t care

day 08: Your workout routine.
I don’t have a specific routine. I just try to go to the gym everyday and do cardio. 

day 09: Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?
Pretty much my entire life. I’ve never been good enough for anyone. 

day 10: What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”
Eating a lot. 

day 11: Your favorite thinspo blog and why!
before & after. it gives me motivation to lose weight and seeing those pics help me keep in mind that the goal is real and reachable.

day 12: What do you normally eat?
junk food. i’m try to cut back and just eat fruit and stuff. 

day 13: Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
both, kind of. I’m exercising, but I’m *trying* (and failing) at the ABC diet.

day 14: What’s your UGW? When do you expect to reach it?
140 by January 2013. 

day 15: Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
No, I’ve considered it, but I like meat too much (chicken, seafood, etc.) 

day 16: When did you first decide to lose weight?
Well, I’ve been trying since last year, but this time i’m sticking to it! 

day 17: Do you have an eating disorder?
i don’t think so, unless overeating is an eating disorder because i definitely do that.
